Cancelled Flights Due to Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong
As of November 7, 2025; 5:30 PM
Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong is forecast to impact several parts of the country, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds.
Following the latest public advisories issued by PAGASA on Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong, we anticipate disruptions to our flight operations at several airports in the coming days. We remain in close coordination with airport authorities and ground handling partners to ensure passenger and colleague safety.
CEB has cancelled the following flights:
November 9:
• 5J 192/193: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
• 5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
• 5J 504/505: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 508/509: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 821/822: Manila – Virac – Manila
• DG 6080/6081: Cebu – Masbate – Cebu
• DG 6113/6114: Manila – Naga – Manila
• DG 6129/6130: Clark – Naga – Clark
• DG 6171/6172: Clark – Masbate – Clark
• DG 6546/6547: Cebu – Calbayog – Cebu
November 10:

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate.
To help manage these disruptions, CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund conversion, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
November 8:

• 5J 4768/4769: Davao – Tacloban – Davao
• 5J 4898/4899: Iloilo – Tacloban – Iloilo
• DG 6579/6580: Cebu – Tacloban – Cebu

Passengers on these flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
