THE WEATHER WAS TERRIBLE. BUT THE WEDDING PLANS KEPT MOVING. 🌧️🤍

The past few days were definitely not easy.
With heavy rain and flooding around Townsite, getting from one place to another was a challenge. I wasn't able to join the couple during their food and cake testing that day because Townsite Highway 54 was flooded and impassable.
But that didn't stop our couple from getting things done.
In ONE DAY, they managed to accomplish so much.
✨Food tasting with the catering team
✨Cake tasting with the cake supplier
✨ Venue visit and finalization of details
✨ Meeting with the venue stylist
✨Questions clarified and remaining details settled
And despite the weather, they did it all.
No photos were taken during the venue visit and styling meeting, but the couple was thrilled and happy with how everything was coming together.
Because the bride's availability is limited, we all agreed meeting the following day.
Thankfully, Townsite Highway 54 was already clear, so I was able to pass through and meet them personally. We continued our coordination and checked everything that had been accomplished.
Then last night, we had another important meeting — this time with our host, where we finalized the wedding program and flow.
So in just a few days, despite the rain, flooding, difficult roads, and very limited schedules...
WE GOT IT ALL DONE. ✔️
This is the reality of wedding planning.
It isn't always convenient.It isn't always perfect.And sometimes, the weather decides to make things even more complicated. 🌧️
But when everyone is committed to making the wedding happen, we adjust, we coordinate, and we keep moving.
The weather can change the schedule.It can change the route.But it doesn't have to stop the plans.
And that's what we love about what we do at Studio Four.
