We are expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated (Sales Staff) Lead Endorsement Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses heavily on chat handling, telemarketing (calls), and sales conversion, making it ideal for someone who excels in communication and structured workflows.
Qualifications:
-Willing to work full-time with a rotational WFH and office-based setup
-Amenable to rotational morning and night shifts
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills (chat and voice)
-Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls
-Proficient in managing worksheets, records, and documentation
-Goal-driven, specifically focused on sales conversion
-Can work independently and collaboratively with the team
Responsibilities:
-Handle chat inquiries and ensure all prospects receive timely, accurate responses
-Conduct telemarketing calls to warm leads and potential clients
-Convert inquiries into booked clients through effective communication and follow-up
-Present wedding packages to potential clients clearly and professionally (via chat or call)
-Maintain accurate and updated records in worksheets and documentation tools
-Ensure smooth workflow following company sales processes and standards
