Shirley Soria Tul-U, KEEM is committed to uphold the professional standards of events management, one that is fair, honest, efficient and effective. Shirley, as popularly called by her clients, has earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration, Major in Management. nt in preparing, organizing and handling of government events, like inter-agency and consultative meetings, seminars, summits and other national fora conducted under the Office of the President. Having successfully handled her own wedding preparations, Ms. Shirley developed a unique passion for wedding planning. After helping several friends and relatives plan and organize their weddings, she continued to hone her talents and skills in managing events and emerged as a businesswoman with a gift of grace and passion directing real-life events. Shirley has been invited to take part in a number of television programs of RPN-9 and ANC Live’s “Shoptalk” hosted by Ms. Pia Hontiveros. She was also invited to handle a wedding event sponsored by ABS-CBN’s “Umagang kay Ganda.”
