True hospitality goes beyond simply providing service—it is about creating experiences where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued. The University of Perpetual Help System of Manila, through the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management, held an in-house seminar entitled “Beyond Service: Promoting Inclusive Customer Experiences Without Barriers.”
With the theme “Delivering Care That Connects Beyond Differences,” the seminar highlighted the importance of inclusivity in the hospitality and tourism industry. It encouraged students and future professionals to understand different customer needs, appreciate diversity, and provide service that is accessible and meaningful for all.
The seminar became even more meaningful through the insightful discussion of our dear speaker, Mr. Kim Anthony Malonzo, who shared his knowledge, experiences, and valuable perspectives on providing inclusive and compassionate customer service.
This successful and inspiring event was proudly organized by the ALOHOMORA Events Class, whose dedication and teamwork made this learning experience possible for the CITHM community.
