5 things brides-to-be are never taught-

05/06/2026

GROOMS :
Here's what MOST of
YOU FORGET (but shoud’nt!):

04/06/2026

1) A heartfelt note or letter
Leave a handwritten message for her to read before the ceremony. It's intimate, personal, and sets the tone for the day.
2) Surprise her with a meaningful gift
It could be something symbolic, a family heirloom, or a piece of jewelry, even a small token of an inside joke- just enough to make her smile and feel loved.
3) Plan a private first look or a moment just for you two
Even if you're having a traditional reveal, a few quiet minutes together before the day fully begins makes the moment extra special.
4) Remember the little details she cares about
Whether it's her favorite flowers, a scent, or music, noticing the small things shows attentiveness and thoughtfulness.
5) A personal toast or moment of gratitude
Take a quiet moment during the day- whether at the rehearsal, cocktail hour, or reception- to tell her how much she means to you.

*Tip: Luxury weddings aren't just about grand gestures- they're made unforgettable by the personal touches that show love, thought, and attention to detail.

1. Eat a REAL breakfast!
2. Steam all garments the night before the wedding.
3. Wear a robe or button down to avoid messing up your hair & makeup.
4. Lay out your items for detail shots
AHEAD of time to avoid stress.
5. Keep drinking straws handy so you can hydrate without messing up your lipstick
6. Leave your phone in your room or give it to someone you trust. Be FULLY present!
7. Have a getting ready playlist prepped.
8. Build in buffer time! Hair & makeup always takes longer than expected.
9. Bring tissues EVERYWHERE!
10. Do a private look with yourself!
Sounds cheesy, but you will not regret it!

01/06/2026

1. Sit with your people- no agenda
Not planning, not timelines. Just being together in the quiet before everything changes.
2. Tell someone what they mean to you
A friend, a sibling, a parent. These are the words you'll never regret saying out loud.
3. Laugh about something completely unrelated to the wedding
It reminds you that you're still you- and that's grounding in the best way.
4. Thank the people who showed up for you
Not formally. Just honestly. Gratitude softens everything.
5. End the night feeling held, not rushed
The goal isn't early bedtimes or perfection- it's going to sleep feeling loved.

31/05/2026

1. Endless family formals
Keep the list tight and intentional. Your photographer can build a smart, efficient shot list so you can actually enjoy cocktail hour instead of standing in a line for 45 minutes.
2. Overly expensive plated dinners
Everyone has to cut the budget somewhere - and this may not be the hill to die on. A buffet can be just as beautiful.
3. Cutting the budget on hair, makeup, or your dress You want to feel your best. This is not the category for "we'll make it work."
4. A first look with the groomsmen
Cute in theory — usually awkward in reality.
5. A strict no-kids rule
Selective invites can be a happy middle ground. Kids bring joy, personality, and some of the sweetest candid moments.
6. No DJ / "my friend has a playlist"
Hard no. A great DJ controls the energy, flow, and timing of the night. Malfunctioning audio is not on the bingo card
7. Chaotic, high-energy getting-ready music
Go for soulful, grounding songs that calm nerves, not overstimulate them.
8. Unnecessarily tight timelines
Build in wiggle room. Rushed photos and a stressed bridal party are completely avoidable.
9. Extra décor hire items you don't actually care about
Pretty? Sure. Memorable? Rarely. Save your budget for the things you'll remember.
10. Choosing things "for the aesthetic"
Do what feels like you, not what the internet says you need.

30/05/2026

1. Love dies without respect.
Respect must always come first.
2. Hidden money destroys marriages faster than cheating ever does.
3. Attraction brings you together, but shared values keep you together for life.
4. Never invite outsiders into your arguments.
Privacy protects trust.
5. Physical intimacy isn't optional.
It's the glue that holds marriage together.
6. Ego ruins relationships faster than
• mistakes.
Learn to apologize first.
7. Marriage won't heal your wounds.
Heal yourself before you commit.

29/05/2026

1. Eat a real dinner with protein, carbs, and water. Tomorrow is a 14 hour day.
2. Lay everything out the night before. Morning brain should make zero decisions.
3. Stick to the skincare your skin already trusts. Tonight is not the night for a new mask.
4. Set two alarms and then trust them.
5. Lights out by 10.

28/05/2026

1) Pack everything you'll need in the morning , shoes, accessories, vows, rings- having it all in one place removes early-day stress.e
2) Review the timeline once (then stop) ® Read it through, confirm you know your first cue, and let the rest go. You've done the work.e
3) Set out your getting-ready space Clear surfaces, charge phones, lay out outfits. A calm environment sets the tone.?
4) Choose a simple grounding ritual®A few deep breaths, a short walk, or quiet music- something familiar that tells your body it's okay to relax. e
5) Go to bed with one clear intention® Not a checklist- just how you want to feel tomorrow (present, joyful, calm).
Save this for the night before your wedding and remember-it's your day to enjoy!
