As Mission Miracle Foundation continues its second year of service, we are grateful to share the progress the Foundation has made in completing the important registrations and requirements needed to support its work.

Mission Miracle Foundation Inc. has been officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-stock, non-profit corporation since February 25, 2025.

This registration established MMF’s legal identity and provided the formal structure needed to organize its operations and carry out its mission responsibly.

Building on this important step, MMF continues to strengthen its processes and move forward with integrity, accountability, and compassion.
