• Reservation fee of 50% should be settled 2 weeks before the event. Booking is not official if reservation fee is not settled.
• For late bookings: (less than 7 days before the event), full payment should be settled the same day of booking. Booking is not official if full payment is no
t settled.
• Any changes in the date, time and venue should be confirmed 7 days before the event.
• Layout template materials should be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Click-a-roo photo will offset the time in case there is delay in the event.
• Click-a-roo photo can extend hours as long as materials last
• Click-a-roo photo reserves the right to decline additional extension of hours apart from the free 1 hour extension.
• The client shall provide power outlet to be used for the photobooth rental.
• The client shall be solely responsible for securing the necessary permits, gate passes, clearances, tents at the venue.
• Client is required to provide meals for three Click-a-roo onsite technicians
• Click-a-roo photobooth reserves the right to keep the records of its clients in its database.
• Cancelation of photobooth service should be made 7 days before the event. If cancelation is made during the event itself, client is required to settle full payment.
• Cancelation of photobooth service made during the event itself due to untoward incidences like power failure, blackouts, natural causes, payment of 50% should be settled.
