A Pinterest-filled D.I.Y birthday!

Cheers to one of my best friends whom I hold near and dear! We had just about 3 days to put everything together from discussing to buying and D.I.Y.ing! But it was all worth the rush!

Thank you VPharma for trusting me to style your booth for Mommy Mundo 's Expomom 2017 at Glorietta Activity Center last May 5-7!

This was my first time to ever style a booth and I had such a delight choosing the flowers, purple being a personal favourite colour! The theme was generally green, lush and organic and this is what the finished outcome is!

Hiya! It’s been awhile since the last post, and I am very well aware of that. But the time has finally come where I am finally going to update!

As a freelancer (never expected to say that I was one) - most particularly in this line of work - one challenge that I relentlessly face is the balance of time. It certainly is difficult while I work a separate full-time job but I am thankful for the clients who have given me the opportunity to pursue this passion – which ultimately, has encouraged my ambition to continue doing this, honing this “craft”, and time and again, reaffirmed that this is what I want to do, which in itself is a massive blessing.

If I could say yes to every single client, I absolutely would but again, the decision deems itself as challenging at times. But even for the smallest of things such as the inquiries, the discussions and the actual opportunities, I am grateful. I’m still very much in the learning process. This was such a spur-of-the-moment pursuit birthed only a few months ago and all with abrupt outcomes. But, I can’t wait to see what is to come moving forward; the challenges, the learnings, the ideas and the chance to explore this creativity which I was so doubtful about in the past.

I am thankful for the team that I have, the opinions that are shared, the positive support and the potential that you see that will help me grow this to hopefully more than just a freelance gig and to a full-fledged business and God-willingly strive to do this with my 101%. So cheers and I do hope to bring more visions to life one day and create more beautiful memories with endless possibilities!
