Grateful for a soulful weekend in Baler with this incredible group of seekers at the Reviving Roots healing retreat! ✨

It was amazing to witness everyone courageously braving through the waves—literally and figuratively—and opening up to create space for one another. ❤️

We are thankful to our insightful and compassionate facilitators: Professor Det () for showing us how to realize and reclaim the power in our own words; Teacher Sheila () for guiding us in exploring movement to rediscover our inner strength and balance; and Sound Healers Gioms () and Kimpoy () for creating a harmonious space where we can nurture peace for our self-healing.🙏
