Do you provide a location for Franchisees?
- Decision for cart location can is primarily on the hand of the franchisee but the good thing is we have freelance franchise locator once undecided where to place their cart.
Does the delivery of the food cart free?
- Food cart delivery is free within NCR areas for minimum delivery of 3,500 worth of products purchage. In provincial areas minimal courier fee's will apply.
Are you the one who will provide the crew?
- No, we don't provide a crew but we can train them for free.
How many crews do I need to hire and how much is the salary?
- You will be needing 1 to 2 crews depending on your location. As per BMBE incentives, businesses below P3 Million capitalization is not covered by minimum wage law. But crew salary should be fair and just.
Does TFD provide crew trainings?
- Yes, we provide a FREE on-site crew training available in NCR areas. Franchisees in provincial areas will receive a video copy and hardcopy manual of TFD Preparation. The manual is easy to follow and TFD food products are easy to prepare.
Are you the one who will provide the food that we will be selling?
- Yes, TFD will provide the food.
How can I place my order if my first batch of inventories was consumed?
- To place your orders you can either call or text your orders or fill-up the order form soft copy that will be given to you and submit via email.
What is your delivery method?
- In Metro Manila Areas: Food will be delivered by the TFD straight to your location or preferred address. Free 3,500 pesos worth of goods for delivery will be free of charge. Minimum delivery charged shall apply for lesser amount.
- In Province: Food will be delivered by our authorized distributors per province/area. Minimum delivery charged shall appl.
How long is the ROI (Return of Investment)?
- ROI may vary depending on sales per day, rentals, crew salary etc. But on an average it's 3-4 mos.
Are you the one who will process our Business Permits?
- No, we are not the one who will process your Business Permits. But we will give you step by step written guidelines on how to process your business papers. Usually, processing will only takes 1-2 days and total expense is approximately P3,000-5,000.
There are existing TFD in our area. Am I still allowed to franchise?
- To avoid congestion, the minimum distance on other TFD food carts with same concepts should be at least 300 meter radius away. This is written on the Franchise Agreement.
What are the supports we will be getting from the Company?
- FREE Crew Training in NCR areas. In Provincial areas soft copy (video presentation) of food preparation will be provided. (for better customer service)
- Pre and On-going Business Coach (to equip and guide you in becoming an Entrepreneur)
- Marketing Assistance (franchisees can refer to our TFD marketing employees and business consultants to boost sales)
- Notarized Franchise Agreement (to protect both franchisee and the franchisor from legal matters)
