Im losing my nerves here!!!
One item included in the parcel i shipped was lost. I filed a complaint requesting to be compensated but youre just brushing me away. Where is your Insurance blah blah??

FYI, That parcel was received by my buyer Half sealed when I made sure to seal it properly! Then, I scheduled for pickup twice for last week and you failed to arrive.
Pretty consistent huh??

Worse enough, My buyer received soaps instead of Knit???
Never did i receive update again regarding that from you guys and Now???!!!,
I was under the impression that my buyer already received her parcel then after checking its been in transit for 5 business days???!!!

Can you justify why that took so long?? Im now having second thoughts to keep up with your b*llsh*t ways. Common xend prove us sellers that you can do better than these crap!!!
