Polly’s special day was all about creating joy, play, and a touch of magic. The family requested that the celebration be held at an indoor playground so the kids could run around, laugh, and enjoy themselves to the fullest. As planners, our focus was to bring in the essence of the Little Mermaid theme while making sure everything worked seamlessly with the venue. From shells to mermaids to ocean-inspired details, we carefully incorporated elements that reflected Polly’s favorite theme.

Though the setup was kept small and intimate, every detail was intentional. We ensured the flow of the celebration allowed both the children and parents to relax, connect, and celebrate this milestone with ease. At the heart of it all was Polly, whose smile reminded us that thoughtful planning is not just about aesthetics, but about creating experiences that feel personal, fun, and memorable.

From coordinating the flow of activities to setting up food carts that kept both kids and adults entertained, our focus was on curating a day that felt seamless yet full of life. What made this celebration even more meaningful was Elias’ choice to give back, a beautiful reminder that birthdays can be more than just about fun, they can also be about sharing joy with others. Each supplier was thoughtfully chosen to complement the concept, ensuring that everything came together smoothly so the family could simply enjoy the moment. At the heart of it all, our role is not just to bring a theme to life, but to create experiences where milestones are celebrated with joy, ease, and purpose.

What happens when culinary artistry meets visual poetry? The collaboration between and artist , curated and orchestrated by us, was nothing short of a multisensory fête. It was an encounter where gastronomy, design, and fine art intertwined, creating an experience that touched every sense. Some of the things we absolutely loved:

1. A perfect harmony of modern biophilic elements from concrete, rock, lush greens, to flowers set against a serene palette of neutrals and pale dogwood
2. ’s desserts, where every delicate bloom was entirely edible
3. Poems etched into rock-like structures, introducing guests to each immersive area with lyrical charm
4. A cove alive with projected paintings by Ycoy, paired with edible art pieces
5. Floating plates, made possible by a state-of-the-art mechanism, adding a sense of wonder
6. A flowing, illuminated river weaving through the experience
7. Curated cocktails, each inspired by the textures and hues of Ycoy’s works
8. A macaron-painting activity, where art and taste met in playful interaction
9. The solarium, showcasing the incredible pieces of Ycoy Sitchon in radiant light
10. Edible canvases that are sugar-iced and macaron-based, mirroring the beauty of her paintings in the sweetest way

If we could describe this wedding in two words, they would be "chic" and "cute." Combining tasteful elements with fun can be challenging, but Joby and Bianca's special day made it seem effortless.

From the delicate wax seals and hand-drawn invitations to the thoughtfully chosen table names, every detail reflected love and consideration. The cake also had a delightful surprise that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.

What truly resonated with us were the small gestures: the laughter shared at dinner, the way their eyes sparkled during the first dance, and the warmth they radiated towards all their guests.
