Full Coordination:
a. Meetings and consultations throughout the wedding planning process such as (but not limited to):
i. Budget Planning (if you have additional requests other than the above)
ii. Creative Design Ideas
iii. Etiquette
iv. Checklist

b. Unlimited consultations via Chat/Facebook/Twitter/E-mail/Viber/mobile phone.

c. In-charge with communicating/coordinating with all suppliers

d. Direct vendors, oversee deliveries and decorations and ensure they fulfill their contractual agreements.

e. Provide ceremony and reception planning, conceptualization, creative design and themes/motifs.

f. Create detailed and comprehensive timeline for both client and suppliers/vendors.

g. Provide assistance during prenuptial shoot

h. Review final preparations

i. Payment Management

j. Distribute final payments and gratuities to all suppliers/vendors at the reception

k. Handle RSVP

l. On the Day Coordination (OTD) – consists of 2 Main Coordinators and 4 Assistant Coordinators:
i. Assist the couple from preparation to church to reception
ii. Implement the day’s schedule
iii. Distribute flowers and other wedding materials
iv. Organize the members of the entourage in the processional line
v. Supervise the wedding rites from the processional to the recessional march
vi. Assist in the pictorial
vii. Ensure smooth flow of the program
viii. Usher guests and direct them to their respective table assignment
ix. Distribution of wedding souvenirs
x. And many more…

Regular Full Coordination Rate is Php 35,000.00

Promo Mechanics:
1. If you book us 10-12 months before your wedding date, you get Php15,000.00 discount (From Php35,000.00 to Php20,000.00)

2. If you book us 6-9 months before your wedding date, you get Php10,000.00 (From Php35,000.00 to Php25,000.00)

3. If you wish to avail only our On The Day Coordination (OTD), we can give you our promo rate of Php8,000.00 (guest is 100-130pax) and Php10,000.00 (guest is 130-180pax) if you book us 6 months (or later) before your wedding date.
