• A change of mind does not entitle one to a refund.

• All undelivered orders due to incorrect address or refusal to accept the package, will be considered sold and delivered and will not be refunded.

• If order has to be rescheduled on a different date, a 50% of the original order total cost + delivery fee (depending on the location) will be charged.

• Most of our products are delivered within the scheduled day of delivery. Sadly, we can’t guarantee the time of delivery to rural route addresses. We highly suggest that you place your orders at least five days in advance (fully paid).
