An Event Assistant will provide crowd control and assistance during the event. He/She will control foot traffic at entrances and exits of venue as needed. Will be assisting merchants/exhibitors during and after event and is responsible during the setup and clean up before and after events respectively. He/She has the ability to respond to emergency situations by communicating/reporting important matters immediately to the Event Manager. Able to courteously assist customers/visitors by answering any questions they may have in a courteous manner. It is also expected for him/her to inspect the event for safety concerns, maintenance issues, cleanliness, etc. and ensure event rules and regulations are strictly followed by participants. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to attend to all needs in the warehouse which include but not limited to:

Handling/moving/carrying of items to and from events.
Minor repairing of damaged/broken items in the warehouse
Ensures safety and security of the warehouse at all times
Able to do Inventory and control of warehouse items/equipment.
