PLDT Global Corporation (PGC) marked another milestone at Contact Islands 2025 with a successful collaboration with CCAP, hosting the convention’s Welcome Cocktails for the entire delegation.

Held on May 27, 2025, at NuStar Hotel, the event welcomed over 400 key leaders from the contact center industry. What began as a night of warm connections and celebration quickly turned into a launchpad for innovation — with PGC unveiling Vortex, its newest platform built to transform enterprise solutions on a global scale.

What made it even more meaningful? The entire event was mounted in less than a week — including a weekend — with logistics remotely managed from Manila and the team flying into Cebu the night before. On April 27, Samsung set up an interactive booth at the Earth Day Run, proudly showcasing the power of Galaxy wearables and the S25 series. It also gave runners the chance to celebrate not only crossing the finish line but also their commitment to a cleaner, greener planet. ✨💚🏃🏻

With a motivation wall asking, “Today, I run for,” and plenty of Instagram-worthy photo ops, the booth was a highly appreciated addition to the runners’ experience, as reflected in the long lines.
