MAMBAJAO, CAMIGUIN - Reaffirming its commitment to empowering young people through entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, the Local Government Unit of Mambajao officially launched the Youthpreneurship 2.0: From Learning to Earning Program last July 24 at the Mambajao Youth Center.
The program, which gathered youth participants serves as a platform to equip aspiring young entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, business skills, and the confidence to transform innovative ideas into income-generating ventures. The initiative also promotes stronger collaboration the local youth sector in advancing economic opportunities within the municipality.
𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝙔𝙜𝙜𝙮 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙤 highlighted the program's primary goal of enabling young Mambajaonons to move beyond learning entrepreneurial concepts by applying them to real-world business opportunities. Through a series of capacity-building activities, mentorship sessions, and business development initiatives, participants will gain valuable experience in enterprise management, financial literacy, marketing, and innovation.
The Youthpreneurship 2.0: From Learning to Earning Program aligns with the municipality's broader vision of promoting inclusive development, youth empowerment, and economic resilience. By fostering innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking among young people, LGU Mambajao continues to invest in building a skilled and empowered youth sector capable of driving sustainable local development.
