Join our Fundamentals in Culinary Arts program—just one session, held twice a week on Mondays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. One session will be fully dedicated to hands-on cooking.

Learn essential cookery methods, techniques, and international cuisine. The program also includes basic baking for kids, cookery, and basic coffee-making.

Course fee includes:

✓ Full student uniform set
✓ All ingredients needed for class
✓ Tools and materials for the course
✓ Projector for lecture use

1) Premium Event Waiter/ Server

Fine Dining & Intimate Private Events. We’re hiring polished, experienced servers for high-end private dinners, intimate weddings, and corporate hospitality. Must have 1–3 years’ fine-dining or premium catering experience, Food Hygiene certificate, excellent table service and wine presentation skills, and weekend availability. Discretion, impeccable grooming, and reliable transport essential. Competitive pay + tips and regular training.

2) Senior Event Captain/ Floor Manager

Lead our front-of-house for exclusive dinners and intimate events. Require 3+ years in upscale hospitality or event catering, strong leadership, seating & timing management, wine service and guest diplomacy. Responsible for supervising teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring flawless service. Must hold food safety and alcohol service certification. Excellent remuneration and per-event bonuses.

Are you a passionate and experienced culinary professional ready to take your skills to the next level? We’re looking for a Private Chef to lead kitchen operations for a distinguished client with unique and specific dietary requirements. We are looking for a candidate who have a strong background in international cuisine, with a preference for international cooking, and be able to prepare a wide range of healthy, delicious meals for a multi-generational family.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✓ Can be allocated at (Mckinley/Alabang/BGC/Wack-Wack/Greenhills/San Lorenzo/Corinthians/Whiteplains/Forbes/Manila East/Ortigas, out of town assignments.
✓ Strong knowledge and passion for international and Asian cuisines like mediterranean, Japanese and plant forward cuisines.
✓ Know how to cook a variety of Cuisines even Specialize Diets (Keto, Vegan, Diabetic and others).
✓ Ready to present his/her portfolio of plated dishes, with high standard food safety certificates.
✓ Proven experience as a chef, ideally in private households or high-end restaurants.
✓ Are comfortable working in clients’ homes and adapting to different kitchen setups.
✓ Graduate of a recognized culinary course with at least 5yrs culinary experience.
✓ Willing to work with foreigner clients from all ages.
✓ Flexible and able to adapt to the family’s schedule.
✓ Can work independently with minimal supervision.
✓ Ability to plan menus and work independently.
✓ Graduate of a recognized culinary course.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬):
✓ Plan and prepare daily meals for the household, parties and events (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and occasional snacks).
✓ Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals covering a variety of international and Asian cuisines.
✓ Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients or coordinate with suppliers.
✓ Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
✓ Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are always met.

✓ Handle market planning and grocery lists (extra tasks).
