Today, we honor Margarita Forés—our mentor, our inspiration, and the heart behind everything we do. It is her first birthday we celebrate without her, but her presence is felt in every kitchen, every dining room, and every moment shared over a beautiful meal.

Her legacy is not just in the flavors she shared or the restaurants she built—it’s in the countless lives she touched, the friendships she fostered, and the way she made every meal feel like home.

Margarita, your spirit lives on in every plate we serve, and in every person who carries forward your love for food, family, and life itself.

With a heavy heart, we mourn the passing of Chef Margarita Forés, our founder, leader, and a culinary icon who introduced authentic Italian cuisine to the Philippines and Filipino cuisine to the world.

We would not be here without her genius, hard work, and passion for good food. Our hope is to continue her legacy — one dish at a time.
