Tanaw-Laya: The 2nd National Persons Deprived of Liberty Art Exhibition is organized by the Justice Sector Coordinating Council (JSCC) and the Bagong Buhay Group of Artists, in coordination with the Bureau of Corrections, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, and the Correctional Institution for Women, with the support of The Wanderwall Company, Far Eastern University Institute of Law Legal Aid Bureau and Ayala Foundation with additional support from Circuit Makati and Make It Makati.
