We started as a freelance wedding planner last 2007 and eventually ventured into kiddie parties on 2008 when the wedding clients has started to have their own families then. By 2010, we ventured into event styling in kids parties and some in wedding and debut events. Through the years, we keep on servicing clients based on their needs and trends. Our goal is to provide services each event at the b

est way we can from planning up to the last part. We are also open in innovating and going with the latest trends in order to help our clients satisfy their event needs. Today, as part of our giving back to community, we are also doing charitable activities such as holding a feeding program for Aeta kids beneficiaries in Zambales. We held several charitable kiddie parties as well in Manila keeping a portion of proceeds to be donated to them. We are not just an event planning & coordination team, but we also engaged in helping others as part of our advocacy on malnutrition awareness. Pero pagdating sa actual handling ng event?

Hindi mo na alam ano yung dapat na sunud-sunod na gagawin?

Yung tipong:

👉 paano ang tamang flow ng program
👉 paano i-handle ang mga suppliers

Nakahanap siya ng supplier…
ang ganda ng photos, ang ayos niya kausap,
tapos *sobrang mura.*

Yes - at sinong hindi mapapa-OO dun. Sa taas ba naman ng mga bilihin ngayon...

So nag-go siya agad.

Nagbayad ng downpayment.

Then a few days before the party…

Na gustong magpa-party for their child…

Pero alam mo yung common?

Hindi nila alam saan magsisimula, Natatakot sila magkamali...

Nagjo-join sa community group - magpo-post para makahanap ng credible suppliers pero in just few seconds - bombarded ka na ng mga private messages at comments sa post ng "Looking for: supplier"

Tapos nao-overwhelm ka na sa dami ng details, suppliers reaching out to you at sa mga kailangan pang gawin…

And I get it…

Kasi kahit gaano karami ang effort that you put in,

Kung wala kang clear na system…

Mapapagod ka talaga.

And after years of planning parties…

Dito ko na-realize…

na kulang talaga… ng clarity at direction.

So I decided to create something…

Na sana meron ako noon pa…

Something simple… pero super helpful…

Especially if wedding pa na may multiple locations — church, reception, prep area…
Hindi naman pwedeng teleport lang kami from one place to another.

Let’s talk about this properly.

Transportation fee is not “extra lang.”
