UPLB Hosts ‘Passport on Wheels’ to Bring Government Services Closer to Employees

The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA) and UPLB Housing Office (UHO) in partnership with Epsilon Chi Fraternity hosted the Department of Foreign Affairs' (DFA) “Passport on Wheels” program to provide UPLB students, employees, and their families with a convenient way to apply for or renew their passports.

Happening now at the Obdulia F. Sison Hall, the activity included document verification and encoding on 7 to 8 April 2025 and DFA passport processing on 14 May 2025. The initiative forms part of UPLB’s ongoing effort to enhance access to public services and strengthen partnerships with national government agencies.

All areas within the OFSH vicinity—including rooms, training halls, common areas, and the surrounding grounds—are designated as smoke-free zones, strictly prohibiting the use of any to***co products such as cigarette and v**e.
