📢 CUSTOMER ADVISORY: PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SCAM CALLS

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform and reassure you that LSaab Dessert Buffet and Catering Services does NOT call clients to collect payment for remaining balances before the event date.

🔒 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

✅ Once your downpayment is made, we only collect the remaining balance on the day of your event — never in advance through calls or text.

❌ We do NOT ask for additional payments via GCash, Maya, or any other payment platforms using unregistered or unfamiliar names.

⚠️ Today, we received a suspicious call from an unknown individual pretending to be one of our clients. This person attempted to extract private information and later impersonated our business to demand payment from the real client using a fake Maya account.

👉 Please be vigilant:

Do not share personal or booking information with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Double-check payment details directly with us through our official numbers and verified accounts.

If in doubt, contact us immediately before making any transaction.
