Crowd Control & Flow: Our team gathers the entourage, keeps guests at bay for empty ballroom shots, and ensures a smooth march so P/V can get unhampered captures.
The "No-See" Game: Ms K Events and More is continuously in communication to prevent the bride and groom from running into each other during prep shoots or the debutant suprise shot for her family and friends!
The 14-Hour Hustle: From tracking down people for makeup to running errands and managing turnoversβour team is on its feet all day making sure everything is prepared one step ahead.
The Buffer Zone: We handle food shortages, manage supplier counts, and constantly run back and forth to follow up on Same Day Edits (SDEs) so the host can adjust the program.
