JUST IN: The Civil Aeronautics Board is raising the passenger fuel surcharge to Level 19 from Level 8 until the end of the month, adding as much as ₱15,397 to airfares.

Under Level 19, passengers may pay an additional ₱627 to ₱1,834 for domestic flights, depending on the distance. For international flights, the surcharge ranges from ₱2,070.77 to ₱15,397.15. | Dexter Barro II
