NOTICE: Vietnam Health Declaration Requirement – Effective 1 July 2026

All travelers entering Vietnam on or after 1 July 2026 are required to complete a Health Declaration prior to travel.

Reminder:

Complete the declaration before departure or at least 7 days prior the departure.
Keep a copy or screenshot of the confirmation for reference during travel.

If you're planning to visit Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina this September, please take note of the following maintenance schedule:

📅 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 21 September – 27 September 2026
🚠 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: Fansipan Cable Car & Muong Hoa Funicular and Fansipan Funicular.

✅ 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲: 28 September 2026.

✈️ Cebu Pacific’s hand-carry policy

Heads up, travelers!

Before you fly with Cebu Pacific, make sure your hand-carry baggage fits the allowed size and weight limits to avoid unexpected charges at the airport. 🎒

🧳 Maximum hand-carry weight: 7kg
📏 Maximum dimensions: 56cm × 36cm × 23cm
✅ Your baggage must fit inside the airline’s baggage sizer.

⚠️ Hand-carry baggage that exceeds the allowed size or weight may be required to be checked in at the airport, with charges up to ₱2,500.

💡 Travel Tip:
If you think your luggage might exceed the limit, it’s better to purchase a checked in baggage in advance to avoid stress and additional airport charges.

⚠️ Updated Entry Requirements at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Hochiminh, Vietnam – From 15 April 2026 🛬

To improve immigration efficiency and speed up the entry process, a mandatory update to immigration procedures has taken effect at Tan Son Nhat International Airport from 15 April 2026.

📌 What’s new:
📝 Applicable passengers must complete a personal information declaration before arrival, including:
- Foreign passport holders
- Overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam with a valid visa

📲 A QR code will be issued upon successful submission and must be presented at immigration

⚠️ Effective immediately, in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) global safety standards, please observe the following:

✅ Limit: 100Wh – A maximum of 2 power banks per passenger is allowed.
❌ Charging Policy: For safety reasons, charging your power bank on board is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Power banks must have a clearly indicated capacity label—preferably in Watt-hours (Wh) or milliampere-hours (mAh).
