We’re creating something a little different.

Not just another place to park a food truck.

We’re developing a curated food destination along Bucal Road, Calamba—anchored by Le Café and designed around 3 complementary food concepts.

☕ Le Café already has the coffee & drinks covered.

Now we’re looking for 3 food truck operators to complete the destination.

We’re looking for food concepts that can become a regular go-to for the Bucal community:

🍔 Burgers & sandwiches
🍗 Chicken & grilled food
🍚 Rice meals
🍜 Asian / noodles
🌮 Specialty cuisines
🍟 Snacks & merienda
🍰 Desserts & other food concepts

NO coffee.
NO milk tea.
NO beverage-only concepts.

The location offers access to a growing community, nearby residential areas, schools, businesses and the BIR corridor—with the potential to build a strong local food destination rather than simply a roadside stop.

And we’re keeping it intentionally limited:
