Started at 3:30 AM to do a mock set-up and prepare hors d'oeuvres for 150 guests. By 7:30 AM, the food was carefully boxed and sent to Makati along with the display equipment. At 9 AM, the client happily sent us this video. 😊🎥

From One Dream to Many Tables ❤️🎨🍴

When Tricia was still dreaming up Tasting Palette , she asked a question that stuck with me:

“How do I build a relationship with clients like you do? Your conversations go beyond just selling. I want that too — to connect, not just serve.”

I smiled, knowing that relationships like that are built over time — through sincerity, consistency, and truly caring beyond the plate.

Fast forward to just a month after her launch, and I see her slowly weaving those same bonds. ✨

Guests have started coming back — again and again — and many are now telling their friends and family about Tasting Palette. The referrals, the feedback, the warm chats after meals… it’s happening. And it’s beautiful to watch. 🥹

On the other hand, we’ve also been seeing familiar faces — our cherished Affordable Gourmet clients. Some even come in excitedly saying, “We missed this!” Thrilled to have a new space to dine in, they’ve been enjoying their old favorites and exploring Tasting Palette's new offerings.
