What do 19 event people look like behind one big night?
A lot of headsets, fast walks, cue sheets, guest lists, problem solving… and inside jokes in between. 😂✨

One of our biggest teams so far outside of our pageant productions — all working behind the scenes to make the event smooth, organized, and memorable. Proud of this hardworking bunch who can turn challenges into teamwork and stress into laughter. 🤍

Not every prestigious event is about being in the spotlight...sometimes it's about being the team that quietly keeps everything together behind the scenes. ✨

For this milestone celebration, we handled the pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event wrap up, along with talent and artist coordination, souvenirs and token management, front of house operations such as registration, ushers and usherettes, and back of house management.

While we did not manage the program and technicals this time, we were honored to support the event in every way we could and contribute to making the evening smooth, meaningful, and memorable for everyone.

Congratulations again to the entire PSO-HNS community on this remarkable milestone. Thank you for trusting us to be part of such a historic celebration. 🤍

Our first event with the Indian community was more than an event. It became a cultural experience and a friendship we still treasure.

Back in 2013, we had the privilege of being part of Bharati Manila’s Diwali Ball and charity event at Dusit Thani, entitled “Taare Zameen Par: Reliving 100 Years of Bollywood Music.”

It was a beautiful night filled with color, culture, music, and amazing dance performances from the Bharati community, made even more memorable with celebrity idols Harshi Madhaparia and Mohammed Irfan Ali.

More than the event itself, we are grateful for the friendships formed along the way. We fondly remember and miss the wonderful organizing team — Sunita, Arpita, Chaynika , Suki and Sangeeta — who warmly welcomed us and gave us the privilege of knowing and appreciating the rich culture of India.

Truly, this was more than just an event for us. It was a meaningful cultural experience we will always treasure.❤

Two Weddings. One Day. Only 3 Coordinators. ❤

Throwback to one of our earliest social events, back when we were still newbies. This memory will remind us where our courage and passion began.

On January 21, 2004, we received an inquiry for coordination services. The next day, we were in a 3-hour marathon meeting… only to discover that we were not coordinating just one wedding, but two weddings happening together.

Two couples. Two entourages. One rare twinbill celebration.

And yes, we were only 3 coordinators at that time — with one of us serving as both reception manager and host. Imagine giving two sets of entourage some sense of order all at the same time! But by God’s grace, we pulled it off.

One unforgettable highlight was Grace’s bridal march, where she walked under a canopy of gleaming sabers — a beautiful sword parade moment we will always remember.

As we journey toward our 25th year, this is just the beginning of our Throwback Thursdays — sharing the social events, stories, and memories that shaped Fit 2 be tied Events over the past 24 years. 🤍
