It turned out to be the perfect decision! They arrived in PH just two weeks before the wedding, and everything was ready for final touches.

Every booking has a story and Frances & Jonathanโ€™s journey with us was truly special. ๐Ÿ’•

It was a full day of back-to-back client meetings at the HQ when a random couple walked in to inquire. Little did we know, that spontaneous visit would turn into something beautiful.

Initially, they wanted to get married just a month after meeting us. But with all the details they envisioned for their dream wedding, they wisely decided to move it to a later date and giving us enough time to plan everything perfectly.

Their chosen venue, ๐Ÿ“ De Martin Farm House, was an all-in-one open space that allowed us to maximize every corner for their celebration. Special thanks for the flexibility in letting us utilize the parking area for the ceremony setup that made such a difference. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Frances and Jonathan were such a joy to work with. They are decisive, respectful, and open to suggestions. They knew what they wanted, yet valued collaboration.

Living in Canada with very busy schedules, Sir Oliver and Maโ€™am Irene Cadiente relied on us to handle everything from afar. With only a few meetings until their arrival in the Philippines, every detail was thoughtfully coordinated, allowing their day to unfold seamlessly.๐Ÿ‘Œ

More than a wedding, this marked their 25th anniversary and their very first Church Wedding a dream patiently carried through years of sacrifice, hard work, and unwavering love.๐Ÿ’•

Planning this a year in the making, and finally bringing it to life last December 27, 2025.

We brought back the Y2K Millennial vibe with Batch 2000 of Holy Spirit Academy. A reunion that felt like the year 2000 all over again. No stiff programs, no boring flow, just chill, fun, and vibrant energy wrapped in a neon-inspired setup.

No disco balls from the โ€™80s or โ€™90s but if you remember MTV days and INOJโ€™s playlist, you were right at home. Every plan and detail was thoughtfully aligned with the batchโ€™s vision and feeds.

โ€œMara, we want something nostalgic not boring. Less sitting down, more fun. Interactive, not traditional.โ€

And this was the result!๐Ÿ‘Œ

With our head also being an HSAL alumna and friends with the batch, planning felt easy, natural, and truly collaborative.

Special thanks to Ms. Gonzales-Chakroun for trusting us, sharing ideas, and letting us be part of the creative process and to Ms. Janet Ragus for the direct school coordination and support.

Thank you once again for having us.
You had fun and so did we.

Ending the year with this kind of energy set the tone for a new year another one for the books.

From the first message in November, trust was already there. Despite tight schedules and a divided team due to a same-day booking, our clients chose confidence and we delivered.

At FIRH, with its strict standards and expansive grounds, our team worked with quiet precision. Every detail was handled seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing guests to simply enjoy the celebration.๐Ÿ’ช

To see 300 guests stay until the very end was a true win and ending the year with an event defined by trust, grace, and flawless coordination.
