We'll be posting the finish products but as of now , the Houseof Briar and Otaku Zones Convention would extend our outmost appreciation and gratitude to our resident merch production partner Krafti Kohii for burning the midnight oil for such a huge production.

They have to find the right suppliers , clothes, dressmakers and having to cater to last minute additional order and changes.

We are amazed as how we request for a finished product and they would find ways to make things happen.

We will be opening merchandise production to Baguio artists if you wish to have your products produced. Few samples can be seen at the shop!

Here is a guide to attendees coming from outside the Philippines.

Additional Php 100.00 would have to be added due to PayPal fees being deducted from the sent amount.

If you wish to attend the Otaku Zones Convention- Iloilo which will be happening at the same time at the convention center, you can add the ticket amount of Php 300.00 each day ( it is a 2-day event) to the Meet and Greet fee which you will be sending.

In filling out the form. kindly choose the International option of whichever day you'll be attending. Other regular schedules are for the Filipinos.

Meet and Greet is a two-hour duration with estimated 1 minute at most for each attendee to have their merch signed by Weian while having a short chat.

VVIP is a dinner for 15 attendees with Weian with a Meet and Greet program.

We still have few VVIP slots for August 27, 2023.

We created another batch of Meet & Greet for foreigners so we temporarily closed Day2 morning since it's almost full of mostly foreign attendees. We'll open the slot once all have been transferred

OZones- Iloilo Weian August 26 ( Day 1) Morning Meet and Greet is full and closed.
August 27 (Day 2) Morning is temporarily closed due to secured slots by foreigners but will be transferring them to an International batch hence we'll keep it close until slots will be available.

Tickets are out for Otaku Zones Convention- Iloilo!

We will be be using the Google form to secure your electronic ticket numbers!

For Philippine locals we have Gcash and for International goers you can secure your tickets via PayPal.

The selling of tickets will run until August 10, 2023 but once targeted number of tickets are sold we will close it earlier.

Claiming of physical tickets and Tyveks will be on August 15-25, 2023.

For traveling otakus who can only claim their tickets and Tyveks on the event day do inform us, we will direct you to a queue on the event day.

For inquiries do direct them to Otaku Zones Convention for faster response.

Edited : VVIP post has been edited. Aug 26 Dinner form will open on July 7.

We are still on contemplation if we will open another VVIP but it will be another dinner on August 26 so Weian would have an ample time to rest. It will still be on discussion but if this will push through it will be opened on July 07, 2023 for the others who will not be able to avail . Note, it will be discussed with the guest first as we want him to enjoy the place. But we will try our best to cater you.

Therefore, dear Otakus kindly ;
1. Eat well do not starve yourselves .
2. We have two kidneys but both are important.
3. Students , prioritize your spending. You can sacrifice milkteas but not requirements.

If any groups/ individuals wish to do a Weian Activity during the event kindly message us so that it will be organized as it will also show your love and support towards him.
