We often get asked why there is a separate transport fee. Here’s why:

Our transport fee covers more than just gas. It includes:

β€’ β›½ Increasing fuel costs
β€’ πŸ”„ Multiple trips / turnarounds β€” please take note: our logistics can require 4 turnarounds, from installation to pull-out, depending on the event setup.

β€’ πŸ“¦ Proper handling and transportation of our backdrops and decors

Logistics is one of the major factors in making sure your backdrop arrives complete, intact, clean, and ready for installation even when we have to work under challenging weather and road conditions.

We don’t simply deliver a backdrop.

We transport QUALITY backdrops, premium decors, and carefully crafted event pieces that require proper handling from our warehouse to your venue and back.
