Five years ago, my brand launched with the goal of becoming a leading and reliable food service. However, we fell short of expectations, resulting in significant financial hardship and debt due to internal operational mistakes. Despite positive feedback on our product's taste and deliciousness, poor management led to widespread disappointments. We sincerely apologize for our shortcomings. This month marks our 5th year anniversary, and while we still face challenges, we are working hard to overcome them. We have decided to ceased operations until the end of December 2026 to significantly improve our systems, and we are excited to relaunch with improved service in a new facility.
