📌 RESERVATION POLICY — IMPORTANT NOTICE
To all our valued renters, please be advised that a down payment is required to officially secure and confirm your reservation slot.
Reservations without a down payment will remain tentative and may be offered to another customer who is ready to confirm the same date and time.
We understand that plans may change; however, when we hold a slot for an unpaid reservation, we may have to turn down other customers who are interested in booking that same schedule. This can result in a lost booking opportunity for our business.
For this reason, we kindly ask all renters to send the required down payment as soon as possible if they wish to secure their preferred schedule.
Please take note:
• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required DP.
• Unpaid or tentative reservations are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to release an unpaid slot to another customer.
• Once a reservation is confirmed, our cancellation and rescheduling policy will apply.
• Please ensure that your chosen date and time are correct before sending your payment.
This policy is implemented to keep our booking process fair, organized, and transparent for all our customers, while also allowing us to properly manage our limited rental slots.
