Gloves or no gloves in the kitchen?

Let’s be clear.
Gloves don’t automatically mean clean.
And bare hands don’t automatically mean dirty.
Gloves exist for one reason: hygiene control.
Not for show. Not for photos. Not for shortcuts.

A dirty glove is still dirty.
A glove worn too long is worse than clean hands.
Touch your phone, touch money, touch the door—then touch food?
Gloves won’t save you from bad habits.

Bottom line:
Hygiene is about discipline, not accessories.
Proper handwashing.
Knowing when to change gloves.
Understanding cross-contamination.
Respecting the food and the people eating it.

Gloves are a tool.
Clean hands are a responsibility.
In the kitchen, standards matter more than appearances.
