1. Be at the airport 3 hours before domestic departure and 4 hours before international departure, especially when flying from NAIA. Allow extra travel time for traffic.
2. Please always follow the instructions of the flight crew, especially when it comes to safety. Wag feeling entitled. The plane has no space for entitled-wannebe passengers.
3. AVOID CRACKING BOMB JOKES BY ALL MEANS!
4. If possible, do online check-in. However, you still have to be at the airport on time.
5. Filming and taking photos of flight crew and ground crew without consent or permission can make you criminally liable under the Philippines' data privacy act. Do not film airport and airline crew and employees without permission! A delayed flight does not give you permission to film the crew and airline staff without permission.
6. It is not the cabin crew's job to stow passenger luggage into the overhead compartment of the aircraft. While they are ready to lend assistance to PWDs, pregnant women, senior citizens, and others who need help lifting their luggage into the overhead bins, if you are an able-bodied passenger, it is still your responsibility to secure your own luggage.
7. Last but not least, do not forget that there are other passengers on board your flight. So please avoid unruly behavior and control your children's behavior, which may disturb other passengers. We would not want a fight on board.
