GANITO GAWIN MO SA GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR ANG SARAP PANG HIMAGAS (NO BAKE )

Ingredients
125 glutinous rice flour (1 cup )
30g flour (1/4cup )
85g sugar (1/3 cup )
1/4 teaspoon salt
200ml fresh milk or coconut milk
2-3 drops UBE flavor

Sesame seeds to roll

Procedure
Mix all ingredients then divide into 2.
In another mixture add 2-3 drops UBE flavor and mix
Put the white mixture in a baking pan 20X20 brush with oil then steam for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes add the UBE flavor and steam for 10-15 minutes
After 15 minutes remove from the steamer cool down a little .
Remove from baking pan then roll and coat with sesame seeds and cut with dental floss or knife
Serve and enjoy 😊
