GUIDELINES:
1. Open to all qualified ladies of Partido, (by birth, blood, or residency for at least three (3) consecutive years);
2. At least 17 years old but not more than 27 years old on the day of the Coronation Night;
3. Applicants who are 17 years old must present parental consent;
4. Must be single, of good moral character and reputation, never married, and without children;
5. Able to communicate in Bikol dialect/language;
6. Must be in good health and able to attend rehearsals, events, and official appearances;
7. Must not be a winner in any Barangay, Municipal, Regional, or National Pageant, nor a participant in any International competition;

REQUIREMENTS:
• Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
• Certificate of Residency

April 18, 2026
Call Time: 9:00 AM
Cut-Off: 10:00 AM (Strictly No Late Entries)
Attire: Black Casual

The past few days have been heavy on us. We chose to stay silent, but behind that silence, we were deeply hurt, especially seeing how things were misunderstood and affected not just our name, but everyone involved.

Still, we chose to stand with integrity and handle everything the right way. Today, we are choosing peace, understanding, and to move forward. We are sharing this video so that the truth may be heard, and clarity may finally bring closure.

With grateful hearts, we thank the Barangay Council of Manzana through the leadership of Hon, Erikha Itumay, Punong barangay, Barangay Secretary, everyone who showed concern, those who helped us resolve this through proper and legal means, and all who continued to believe in our credibility.

Following the concerns raised online about the recent pageant screening, we ask everyone to be careful and responsible in assessing the information being shared.

This issue does not only involve one person, it also affects the reputation of the Organizing Team, Barangay Council, the handlers, the candidates, the judges who carried out their roles with fairness and professionalism, and the whole pageant industry who continues to promote responsible use of social media.
