We're looking for a Senior Sales & Event Organizer who loves talking to people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right solutions.

✨ WHAT YOU'LL DO

β€’ Build and manage corporate accounts
β€’ Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
β€’ Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
β€’ Design customized team-building programs
β€’ Coordinate event logistics and vendor requirements
β€’ Oversee event ex*****on from planning to post-event follow-up
β€’ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
β€’ Gather client feedback and improve customer experience

βœ… QUALIFICATIONS

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or related fields
β€’ At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, event management, or customer-facing roles
β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
β€’ Strong relationship-building abilities
β€’ Confident engaging with HR professionals, managers, and executives
β€’ Customer-focused and solutions-oriented
β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented
β€’ Self-motivated and goal-driven
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
β€’ Willing to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and event deployments
