We're looking for a Senior Sales & Event Organizer who loves talking to people, building relationships, and helping clients find the right solutions.
✨ WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and manage corporate accounts
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
• Design customized team-building programs
• Coordinate event logistics and vendor requirements
• Oversee event ex*****on from planning to post-event follow-up
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
• Gather client feedback and improve customer experience
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Psychology, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, event management, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Confident engaging with HR professionals, managers, and executives
• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and event deployments
