Participants are kindly requested to:
โ๏ธ Please bring only a small bag for your personal belongings. For everyoneโs safety and convenience, bulky or oversized bags will not be allowed inside the Meet & Greet venue.
โ๏ธ Be respectful and courteous to Diane, Midori, the cafรฉ staff, fellow attendees, and the organizers.
โ๏ธ Follow the organizersโ instructions at all times.
โ๏ธ Keep conversations appropriate and comfortable for everyone.
โ๏ธ Avoid touching the guests or their belongings without permission.
โ๏ธ Keep the area clean and dispose of trash properly.
โ๏ธ You may bring gifts for the guests, but please understand that the organizers reserve the right to inspect them to ensure that they are safe and appropriate before handing them to the guests.
โผ๏ธ Do NOT record live videos and post it publicly, which is rather unfair to those who paid for the experience.
โผ๏ธ NO STOLEN SHOTS. Always ASK FOR PERMISSION before taking a photo of the guest using your phone. If you would like to take a selfie with them, kindly do so briefly and be mindful of your time, as other attendees may also want the opportunity.
