These practical techniques are widely used in catering and banquet operations, helping students become more prepared, versatile, and industry-ready.

While it's not formally part of the Food & Beverage Operations curriculum, it's a valuable hospitality skill that develops creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism in event setup. They had fun, learned something new, and gained another practical skill for the future.

Our Grade 11 Bakery Operations students are putting their skills to the test as they create cinnamon rolls from scratch. From measuring ingredients and kneading the dough to preparing the filling, shaping, proofing, and baking, every stage strengthens their craftsmanship, discipline, and attention to detail.

Our students have successfully baked their perfect cinnamon rolls—soft, fluffy, evenly sized, and beautifully risen, a true reflection of their patience, effort, and dedication in every knead and every minute of waiting. From the oven, they move to the most exciting part: designing and topping their creations with delicious choices like blueberry, strawberry, and chocolate. 🍓🍫🫐

One look is all it takes—you’ll know agad na masarap talaga siya. The texture is on point, the aroma is irresistible, and the craftsmanship speaks of hard work and passion in the kitchen.

A big congratulations to our dedicated teachers, Ma’am Karen and Ma’am Katrina, for guiding our students in developing real, practical skills that they can carry into the future—maybe even as their own cinnamon roll business someday! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

☕ Great coffee is never made by chance—it is crafted through knowledge, precision, and practice.

Our Grade 12 Zircon students of TVL TechPro – Food and Beverage Operations took learning beyond the classroom with a meaningful Manual Brewing Manipulation session under the shade of the trees. In this refreshing setting, they strengthened their understanding of how grind size, water temperature, brew ratio, and pouring technique influence every cup—transforming coffee from ordinary to exceptional.

Every lesson sharpens their skills and deepens their appreciation for the science and art behind every brew. Here's to more brewing and cupping sessions ahead!
