Coordination Scope:
PRE-EVENT COORDINATION
• Initial Consultation & Planning Sessions
• Getting to know the couple’s vision, priorities, and expectations
• Timeline calendars
• Budget guidance
• Creation or refinement of wedding checklist and schedule
• Vendor Management & Coordination
• Assistance in sourcing suppliers (e.g., caterer, stylist, lights & sounds, makeup, etc.)
• Review and alignment of supplier contracts and inclusions
• Confirmation and coordination of all booked vendors 1–2 weeks before the wedding
• Site Visits / Ocular
• Accompanied venue inspection to check flow, layout, and logistics
• Program Planning
• Creation of detailed event flow and script for the ceremony and reception
• Coordination with host/emcee, musicians, and production team
• Orientation for the entourage, parents, and sponsors on their roles and cues
• Assistance with processional/recessional order and roles
WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
• Professional Coordination Team on Site
• Coordinators for ceremony and reception areas

• Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and accessories

• Assistance with distribution of tokens, giveaways, or prizes

POST-EVENT SUPPORT
