TO ALL AIRLINE PASSENGER FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHT

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED to go home to the province:

1.MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
2.TRAVEL PASS
3.TRAVEL AUTHORITY
4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER from CONCERN LGU

WHERE CAN I GET THIS OR PROCESS?

1. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE-in the hospital where the barangay will refer you
2. BRGY. TRAVEL PASS-to your barangay hall / City or Municipal hall HALL
3. TRAVEL AUTHORITY-at PNP STATION in your area.
4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER - where you are going.

WAYS HOW TO GET IT:

1. Go to your barangay and ask how to get a medical certificate
_ and they will let you go to the health center or hospital in your area.
It depends on your barangay where you will be referred to in the hospital.
- there's a Laboratory Test (and it's taking you a long time to get it) so if you want to go home, process it now

Note: getting a medical certificate is the longest process, according to my client - they promised this for a week.
Compared to other documents that can be processed within a day.

NOTE:
from my client, they got their medical certificate after 1 week because there is a payment.
But if it's free, you'll just pass by 14 days of quarantine

2. When you get a medical certificate, you can now buy your ticket going home, because you have a fifill-seat form in your barangay for getting a Travel Pass. Your travel details are needed.

And when you get everything in 1 and 2,

3. Go to PNP to process TRAVEL AUTHORITY
- just wait five (5) days to release and receive your TRAVEL AUTHORITY

Reminder:
While processing the medical certificate,
Coordinate first with the LGU that you're going home.
Call the relative and get the ACCEPTANCE LETTER.
The LGU will call you where you are now going home to province or LGU to confirm your return home.
Getting a travel authority is easier when your relative to your home goes to the LGU municipal office to inform you that you will go home and get an acceptance letter.

When you get an ACCEPTANCE LETTER, your relative will take a picture and your relatives deserve to send it to the messenger because you are the traveler, you will show it to the PNP so that you won't have difficulty in getting the travel authority.
