Try this recipe my Bicol Express. It is pork stir fry cooked in coconut milk, siling haba and chili peppers, it's rich, creamy, spicy and delicious! Serve with steamed rice for a hearty and big flavored meal ❤

Ingredients
1/2 pork belly
onion
Garlic
Bagoong alamang 2 tbsp
10 pcs siling haba
1 cup coconut cream
salt
Oil
Seasoning to taste

Procedure
1. Heat pan..saute onion and garlic
2 Add pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
3.Add shrimp paste/bagoong alamang and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 to 2 minutes.
4.add coconut cream. Bring to a simmer or until pork is tender..
5.Add siling haba and cook, stirring regularly, for about 1 to 2 minutes.
6.Season with salt and seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
