**On The Day Coordination**

**Our Services:**

**OTD Coordination Includes:**
- Up to three final meetings for the finalization of wedding plans.
- Unlimited consultations via office visits, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Creation of group chats for office staff, coordinators, and wedding vendors.
- Development of fillable drafts for the guest list, seating arrangements, and event programs (for both Ceremony and Reception).
- Management of the wedding checklist.
- Oversight of the guest list and seating arrangement.
- Coordination of the church and reception program.
- Supervision and communication with all suppliers before and during the event to ensure everything is in place.
- Overall ex*****on and coordination of plans and details.
- Assistance with coordinating the payment of final fees to suppliers, if requested.
- A minimum of four coordinators in uniform available on the day of the event to assist you, from the hotel to the church and throughout the entire event program.

1. WHY DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER OR COORDINATOR? AFTER ALL, I'M ORGANIZED.
Your event (wedding, debut, birthday or special occasion) is likely one of the largest and most elaborated party you will ever plan. A coordinator or planner works to assist you navigate through contracts, suppliers and most importantly, orchestrate the event you plan so that you may enjoy, instead of work that day.

2. WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILLING TO HELP, WHY SHOULD I HIRE A PLANNER OR COORDINATOR?
Although that is very a sweet gesture of showing support, well meaning friends and family members are not trained for that. When you hire a planner or coordinator, all the details of the preparations are worked out in advance so that no important details are forgotten. The coordinator or planner then carries out all the details and leaves the family, relatives and friends free to enjoy the day.

3. IF I HIRE A PLANNER OR COORDINATOR, HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
There are different ways how planners or coordinators charge for the service/s. The best way to determine is to make a contact and ask about the fees.

4. IF I HIRE A PLANNER OR COORDINATOR, WOULD I BE SURE THAT MY BIG DAY IS PERFECT ?
We don't want to give you a politician speech here. What may be prefect to you may not apply to others or to your guests. There may be flaws during your big day but rest be assured you know the coordinators or planners are there to act on them or contain the errors. There may be no perfect events but there is such thing as wonderful events and that is what we are trying to achieve.
