We started coordination with helping people in mind. First, it was just testing the waters. We get the fulfillment with the result of the event we coordinated. The HEART of the business is my family the name was derived from the first word of our names. In such a way we treat clients like family.
When we booked our first Wedding Event, it is when we started to get serious with the craft. We enrolled ourselves in a Wedding Coordination Course through NEGOSkwela, with the purpose of getting things done properly. We would not want to be a fly by night coordinator and blinded with the thing we needed to do. Our first Three events was successful. The clients we serviced are so happy with the result. And this made us dedicate more ourselves in helping people especially those that saved their hard-earned money just to have a dream wedding or debut come true.
We were with company events before, doing team coordination for company products and branding. But Social events make it more personal. We cried when the bride and groom cries, we cried when we saw the Father and daughter dance. It is so fulfilling for us.
We then decided to be better with coordination. Then FATE stepped in, We were offered a scholarship for Events Management NC III, a National Certificate issued by the government through TESDA, and passed. We then got a recommendation for another scholarship, the Trainer and Assessor Management. God permits and we passed again this time, we acquired our certification as a TESDA Trainer and Assessor. (National Certificates are acknowledged internationally and is now a pre-requisite to those going abroad and for teachers’ promotion and salary increase). As of August 2019, We passed the said National Certificate. We subsequently offered another scholarship, Trainers Methodology 1. This enables us to teach and train other people with regard to events. The National Certificate for TWSP TM1. We are honing our craft to make us legible and reliable. As we passed the TWSP TM1 or Trainer Management we are legible to train those who would want to be in the Events Management under TESDA.
