Last Monday and yesterday, the Wedditor team came together for a powerful Upskill Training led by one of our talented Editing Managers, Novie, designed to sharpen our craft, elevate our standards, and prepare our editors to ride the ever-changing tides of creativity and innovation—especially in the fast-evolving world of wedding storytelling.

This training was more than just learning new techniques. It was about refining our eye for detail, embracing modern editing trends, strengthening our creative instincts, and aligning our work with the global standards our couples deserve. As the wedding industry continues to grow and transform, so do we—committed to delivering timeless, emotionally rich, and beautifully polished stories through every frame we touch.

We are incredibly proud of our editors for their passion, openness to growth, and dedication to excellence—and grateful to Novie for sharing her expertise, leadership, and vision in guiding this meaningful learning experience.

Today was more than just a lunch buffet — it was a pause, a breath, and a well-deserved moment of gratitude. 💛

We gathered our leaders and managers not only to share good food, but to celebrate resilience, camaraderie, and friendship. 2025 tested us in many ways, yet through challenges, pressure, and change, this team stood firm, supported one another, and kept moving forward with purpose.
