This is to officially inform you that Sole Appointment is no longer operating within our premises due to conflicts in operational and contractual obligations.

At Axis Mall, we hold our partners to the highest standards of integrity and customer service. We understand the concern and inconvenience it has caused our community. Your trust is our priority.

To help affected customers, we have secured the shoes and other items left behind by Sole Appointment, and we are committed to returning them to their rightful owners.

If you believe your items are in our possession, please send us a message through our official page, Axis Mall at Vibo Place. Our team will verify whether your items are with us and assist you with the retrieval process.

Please reach out to us on or before August 16, 2026, to claim your items. Any unclaimed items after this date will be considered abandoned and may be donated at the discretion of Axis Mall.

Axis Mall only holds the inventory that was left on-site. If your items are missing, you will need to contact Sole Appointment directly for resolution. Axis Mall does not hold liability for items that are not found in the leased premises.
