In partnership with Sir Tan Windee of the Otacu Anime Alliance - Ormoc Chapter, we will be giving you a 2-hour program focused on COSPLAY CATWALK!

Cosplay Catwalk Competition is part of the Kabataan E-Sports 2019 and Linggo Ng Kabataan Celebration and are activities supported by Mayor Richard "GOMA" Gomez. Onwards an E-Sports Savy and Cosplay-friendly Ormoc City!

Witness our cosplayers storm the dome as they portray their characters and express their creativity! Only here at Ormoc City! August 10, 2019. NO ENTRANCE FEE.

ORMOC E-SPORTS COSPLAY CATWALK MECHANICS
August 10, 2019 Saturday 6PM

1. The competition is open to individuals of all ages.

2. Participants shall fill out the registration form at the event registration booth on or before 5PM August 10, 2019.
3. Each participant is given maximum time limit of 45 seconds to showcase their cosplay costume.

4. All MP4 video with audio background to be used during the performance must be submitted on or before August 7, 2019. MP4 stored in a portable USB storage drive. Mobile phones are not acceptable! If you fail to provide your own MP4 background, a "generic" MP4 will be provide for when you perform.

On the date of the event:
5. Participants must be at the event venue Ormoc Superdome two (2) hours before the contest proper which is 3PM.

6. All costumes must be presentable and appropriate for a family-friendly or suitable for all viewers including children.

7. Props such as oil, confetti, pyrotechnic gadgets, smoke generators or combustible material, broken glass, live animal, sharp objects and the like are strictly prohibited.

8. Participants will shoulder their own meal and transportation.

Criteria for Judging
- 50% Craftsmanship
- 20% Accuracy
- 20% Performance
- 10% Audience Impact
- Total: 100%

10. Participants must be present during the announcement of the winners at the end of the event.
Prizes are as follows:
- Champion PHP5000.00 in cash.
- 1st Runner up PHP3000.00 in cash.
- 2nd Runner up PHP2000.00 in cash.

Minor awards will be given a certificate and giveaways.
- Best Male Cosplayer
- Best Female Cosplayer
- Best Performance
- People's Choice
- Best Costume

11. Judges decision is final.
There are only 3 judges:
- Irvin Flores
- Ramon Silawan Jr.
- Ted Belonias

NOTE: Cosplayers with classes on Sat will be given excuse letters.
